P/T Office Administrator

SUPREME PRODUCTS® is recruiting for a part time office administrator to be based from our office and warehouse at Kirkburn, near Driffield, YO25 9DU.

The position will be customer-facing with the successful candidate having responsibility for interacting with customers on the telephone; taking and processing orders; processing and booking courier collections and deliveries as well as stock management and general administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will need a demonstrable knowledge of applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel, with Sage Accounts knowledge beneficial (though not essential as full training will be provided).

The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner, be self-motivated, have a good sense of humour as well as a ‘can do’ attitude.

The position is part-time, Monday to Wednesday from 08.30am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility for holiday / event coverage appreciated.
