Terms and Conditions
Ordering Information:
We aim to dispatch Shipments within 3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the order was placed, subject to product availability. This applies to all orders - whether dispatched via Letter Post, Parcelforce or Courier.
No orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Next Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 12 noon on Monday to Thursday (excl Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the next business day. Only available to Mainland UK, this service excludes Highlands and Islands.
Payment:
Payment is to be made in full when placing an order. No credit account will be entered in to. Payment can be made by Switch / Maestro; Visa or MasterCard. All prices for products on the website include VAT at 17.5%. All prices are correct at the time of publishing the website.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Delivery:
All goods are subject to availability and provided that an item is in stock should be delivered within 4 - 5 working days of placing an order to mainland UK. Next day delivery is available, a surcharge will apply. Please contact the Supreme Products office on 01377 217150 for details.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Cancellation:
Customers needing to cancel an order should do so to the Supreme Products office by telephone (01377 217150) or via email (info@supremeproducts.co.uk).
Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after despatch will need to be returned to Supreme Products in 'as new' condition at the customers expense. The value of the order, excluding the initial shipping cost, will be refunded to the card from which payment was originally made.
Returns & Exchanges:
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned (at customers expense) within 7 days of order along with proof of purchase. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please notify Supreme Products of any goods that have been damaged in transit, within 72 hours of receipt, or no exchange will be considered. Please dispatch goods by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. Supreme products will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Privacy Policy:
Supreme Products Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
