Three Counties Success
The 2010 season continues with a host of red rosettes and championship wins for the Supreme Products™ team of show riders and producers.
At the Three Counties Show, the Stanley Grange Show Team, headed by Jerome Harforth and Simon Charlesworth, took top honours with Mrs Mansfield’s yearling Rotherwood Just a Peep and took the Supreme Championship in the riding pony breeding and NPS Silver Medal.
Jerome also took Reserve Supreme Champion in the same section with Mrs Welby’s 12-year-old mare Ainthorpe Countess by Willowbay Symphony out of Ainthorpe Elegant, bred by Derrick Champion with a foal by Turton Tom Kitten.
The yard’s success continued in the two and three-year-old section with Daphne Du Pree’s Charn Secret Fairytale taking top honours.
Said Jerome: “The Three Counties Show was very good for us and the ponies were in great form. We always spend time and effort in our coat preparation for the showring and this is aided with the Supreme Products Professional Collection”
Emmersons Show Team from Stokesley were also in the ribbons winning the HOYS lead rein Mountain & Moorland class with Thomas Tuer riding the six-year-old gelding Twyford Tailor Made.
“The pony really shone in the arena and we were delighted for Thomas and all connections,” said Sarah Emmerson.
